This project delivered the design and supply of a bespoke Levitote trolley system for warehouse operations. Its innovative lift-assist mechanism automatically raises and lowers the platform as goods are loaded or removed, reducing strain on staff and ensuring safer, more ergonomic working conditions.
Built with a durable steel frame and fitted with smooth-rolling castors for easy manoeuvrability, the Levitote was tailored to meet high-volume workflow demands. The design enables operatives to work consistently at waist height, speeding up loading and unloading while minimising the risk of injury.
The result is a practical handling solution that combines safety, efficiency, and long-term durability—supporting ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
